- Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to produce software designs
- Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
- Transform software designs and specifications into high-functioning code in the appropriate language
- Integrate individual software solutions into higher-level systems
- Use web-based tools to create advanced SaaS when applicable
- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and performs debugging when necessary
- Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
- At least 2 year’s experience as a software engineer
- BSc/BA in computer science, software engineering, or relevant discipline
- Ability to program in languages such as but not limited to C++, XML, Python etc.
- Experience in developing web applications.
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, etc.
- Experience collaborating with a marketing team on different digital marketing campaigns
- Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability
- An analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code
- Previous experience with HubSpot, Shopify & similar e-commerce platforms, & API’s essential.
- Must be a team player in a collaborative environment
- Friendly and outgoing individual
- Must have good knowledge of IT to provide onsite support to colleagues
- Willing to work in the office – This is not a remote/hybrid role
